Thomson’s Coffee Roasters: Glasgow’s oldest coffee roastery comes to Glasgow Coffee Festival. Merging traditional artisan techniques with the latest technology, to produce exceptional coffee, this year Thomson’s Coffee Roasters will brewing up exclusive coffee’s on the Tone Swiss Brewer.

Glen Lyon Coffee: No strangers to Glasgow Coffee Festival, Glen Lyon make the trip down from Aberfeldy to showcase their ethically and responsibly sourced specialty coffee. This year they’ll be serving their Red Stag espresso blend as cold brew nitro. They will also be serving Volcano Stout, a collaboration with Wasted Degrees Brewery that features their Costa Rican beans from Volcan Azul.

The Alternative Coffee Company: A green bean wholesaler, buying specialty coffee direct from farmer coops to independent roasters, The Alternative Coffee Company work with 6 coops: 3 in Rwanda & 3 in Uganda. This year they’ll be looking to tell the stories of coops in Rwanda and Uganda, as well as looking at initiatives like the Rwenzori Sustainable Trade Centre, and loads more.

Nowita Ice Cream: Hand-crafted in small batches, using locally sourced premium ingredients, right here in Glasgow! Nowita will be serving up their delicious ice cream, affogatos and maybe a few extra frozen treats all weekend.

Claire Henry Ceramics: Based in the east end of Glasgow, Canadian-born maker Claire Henry is a small-batch production potter who creates functional tableware inspired by the rustic Scottish landscapes. Claire has been working with clay for over a decade, striving for functionality and quality in her craft.

Coffee Bean Culture: Coffee Bean Culture comprises of Liam Berge and Demi Yuill, Liam does the silversmithing making coffee themed jewellery from a variety of coffee beans and materials and Demi illustrates coffee themed art both from their home in Blairgowrie.

Cairngorm Coffee Co: Over the past 8 years, Cairngorm have grown to three cafes, with a thriving roastery that supplies coffee across the UK. The team from Cairngorm Coffee Co will be making the short trip along the M8, bringing with them some fantastic coffee and a stand that they say will ‘challenge the norm for coffee stands making a fairly experiential coffee shop experience.’ Consider us intrigued!

Cult Coffee Roasters: In 2014 Cult opened their cafe in a converted Vennel on Buccleuch Street, Edinburgh. Since then they've expanded, opening a roastery and continuing to serve delicious coffee to the people of Edinburgh. Catch them at this years festival with a selection of their single origin coffees.

Mission Coffee Works: Returning for the second year in row, Mission Coffee Works were born from a desire to get the best beans to the best people and make sure they know what to do with them. At this years festival they’ll bringing along their full range of espresso and filter options, with bags to brew at home too.
