Zolas Bakery
We are a 100% vegan bakery based in the heart of the Scottish Borders. We offer a variety of cakes, pastries and baked goods which are all hand made using vegan ingredients. We want to offer an alternative to people attending the festival and allow more people to experience what vegan baking has to offer. Our pastries and cakes are the perfect pairing when tasting a variety of coffees at the festival.
Panther M*lk
Glasgow brand Panther M*lk are bringing their oat-powered cocktails to Glasgow Coffee Festival! Famous for their ferociously smooth cocktails based on the legendary 100-year old Spanish recipe of 'leche de pantera' Panther M*lk will be showcasing their coffee-focused cocktails at the event alongside some other divine flavours. We are most excited about Panther M*lk Cafe (a creamy espresso cocktail with a kick) and the decadent Dirty Banana (velvety banana meets coffee depth in innovative Tetra Pak). Every plant-based sip mixes creaminess with a blend of premium spirits to create bolder flavours and 100% planet-friendly cocktails.
