Fraser, is the owner of EH9 ESPRESSO in Dundee. Whilst Fraser is originally from Newport-On-Tay, his passion for coffee only really sparked whilst he was a student at Edinburgh University. He picked up a part time job in a local cafe in 2014 and over time, became fully immersed in the scottish speciality coffee scene. He started EH9 espresso in 2021 at the age of 24, with the aim of providing an adrenaline shot to the specialty coffee scene here in Dundee and opened his cafe in the June of that year. Two and half years later, EH9 is as busy as ever, with plans for expansion and a number of exciting developments on the horizon
