TALKS PROGRAMME: VIVA LENOIR (EDITION JEAN LENOIR)

Viva Lenoir specialises in the sensory analysis of coffee and whisky. After becoming an AST in Sensory Skills, she is now the head of the aromatic department for the Editions Jean Lenoir, the publishing company responsible for Le Nez du Café. Former radio speaker, there's nothing she likes more than talking about her passion for aromas and the meanders of the olfactory system.

Talk Title: Le Nez du Café - How to train your nose

Long thought to be the weakest and most useless of human senses, the sense of smell holds many secrets. The best kept of all is that it is possible to exercise it and improve it considerably. Through a series of exercises and neurological information, come and understand how the olfactory system works.

This is one of 6 engaging and informative talks taking place on Sunday afternoon at Glasgow Coffee Festival. Get your tickets here.
